These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Listify AI (the "Service"), operated by Listify AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Listify AI helps sellers generate and optimize e-commerce product listings using AI, for use on marketplaces including Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, WooCommerce, and eBay.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. AI-generated content

• Generated listings are drafted by AI based on the information you provide and are intended as a starting point, not a finished, verified product description.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content — including factual claims, specifications, and compliance with each marketplace's policies — before publishing it.
• We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or free of errors, and we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, visibility, or sales outcome on any marketplace.
• You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor, Stripe.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page; changes take effect as described at the time of change.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on the intellectual property or rights of others
• Generate misleading, false, or unsupported medical, safety, or performance claims
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, credits, or security measures of the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listify AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to marketplace suspensions, listing rejections, or business decisions made based on generated content.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
