Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Listify AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Listify AI (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and authentication data (including via Google sign-in, if used).
  • Product and listing data: product details, descriptions, keywords, and images you submit to generate listings.
  • Billing information: handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store your full card number.
  • Usage data: generation history, credit usage, and basic analytics about how you use the Service.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating listings via our AI provider
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send account-related communications (e.g. email confirmation, password resets, billing notices)
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service

3. AI processing and third parties

To generate listings, the product information and images you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, and Stripe for payment processing. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security terms.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via Settings, or by contacting us.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and row-level access controls on our database, and we never expose API keys or secrets to the browser.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
